Engineering Solutions Incorporated has implemented a generous and comprehensive employee benefits program that provides a full range of benefits. Below is a summary of the available benefits.

Medical ESI's medical provider is CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield. ESI offers a Health Savings Account (HSA) with ESI contributing 95% of the premium cost. The program offers both the PPO and HMO (no referrals required) options, prescription drug coverage, the same network of providers as the conventional plan, and allows you to make tax advantaged contributions. In addition, ESI offers both a PPO (Blue Preferred) and an HMO (Blue Choice) conventional plan. With the PPO plan, no primary care physician is required. With either plan, there is no deductible for in-network coverage, and both plans provide prescription drug and vision coverage. ESI contributes 75% of the premium cost. With all plans, the employee is responsible for the remaining premium via bi-weekly pre-tax payroll deductions See the chart below.
Dental ESI's dental provider is The Guardian. This is a traditional dental plan and allows you to utilize any dentist. See chart below for cost.
Vision Provided by Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield. Vision is offered at no additional cost for participants of the PPO and HMO conventional health plans. A separate vision plan is offered for those not electing the conventional health plans. See the chart below for cost.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Lower your taxable income by using the FSA, resulting in a higher take home pay. FSA maximum limits are $3,000/Medical Care and $5,000/Day Care.
Group Life Insurance An amount equal to 1 (one) times your annual salary, up to a maximum of $100,000, paid by ESI. ESI also provides AD&D insurance equal to the basic group life benefit.
Long Term Disability Benefit is 60% of salary up to a maximum benefit of $8,000 per month. Benefits begin after a 90 day elimination period. Premiums are paid entirely by ESI. Employees are responsible for the taxes on the premiums which allows the disability income to be untaxed.
Short Term Disability Benefit is 60% of salary up to a maximum benefit of $1,385 per week for 13 weeks. Premiums are paid entirely by ESI. Employees only pay taxes on the premiums thereby allowing the disability income to be untaxed.
401(k) Plan managed by Principal Financial Group. ESI will match 100% of employee contribution up to the first 9% of salary. Employee is vested in the company contributions from day one.
Paid Time Off 3 weeks vacation, 10 holidays, and 5 sick days. 4 weeks vacation after 5 years.
Educational Assistance The tuition and registration reimbursement for course work associated with the enhancement of job-related skills, or the pursuit of a technical degree, is a maximum of $3,000 per year. For the pursuit of a graduate degree, the maximum is $4500 per year.

E-learning - Access to extensive library of online courses and books provided through SkillSoft®.

Employee Referral Program $2,500 for the referral of a cleared candidate who is subsequently hired by ESI.
Bonus Program All employees participate in ESI's annual bonus distribution.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan Employees are afforded an opportunity to share in the growth of the company through an entirely company-funded, tax-free equity and profit sharing retirement program.
