  • Continuity of Operations Planner
    TS/SCI with polygraph required.
    Description: Provides Mission Assurance (MA) support as a key member of integrated government /contractor teams of technical and functional experts in MA, Continuity of Operations (COOP), Risk Management, and Acquisition support. Performs a variety of MA tasks that are broad in nature and related to the promotion of MA throughout the global enterprise. Facilitates the creation of COOP plans; guides the implementation of and adherence to MA and COOP policies, standards, and regulations; guides and trains COOP Planners and Enablers on the use and utility of Living Disaster Recovery Planning System (LDRPS) application.
    Qualifications: At least 5 years experience demonstrating analytical and problem solving skills. At least 1 year experience with business continuity planning, gap analysis, risk management, facilitation, exercise and planning coordination. Experience in disaster recovery planning, systems engineering, IT governance, resource management, acquisition life cycle or professional certifications such as ABCP, CBCP, CHS I-V and CISSP are a plus.
  • Configuration Management Specialist
    TS/SCI with polygraph required.
    Description:

    Tasked to support all aspects of software configuration management, coordinating build and release activities with the software and test teams. Specific duties will include software builds and releases, generation of scripts to automate CM processes, and administration of CM tools.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline with at least 3 years experience working in the CM environment. Experience with the Rational tool suite (ClearCase, ClearQuest) and/or the Razor CM tools in the NT and UNIX environments. Familiarity with installation of COTS, GOTS, and application software.

  • Database Administrator/Developer
    TS/SCI with polygraph required.
    Description:

    Tasked to monitor Oracle database systems for performance and/or operational enhancements, perform database administration, develop database queries, and/or provide development support for web-based interfaces to reports.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline with at least 3 years database administrator experience, including some experience working with the Oracle 8i, 9i, or 10g database.

    Desirable Skills:

    Certification as a database administrator is a plus.

  • Information Security Specialist
    TS/SCI with polygraph required.
    Description:

    Tasked to support all aspects of Information Assurance (IA), including boundary and host based protection, network security, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), identification, authentication, authorization, security audit, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, database and/or OS security. Particular attention may be placed on system certification and accreditation, hardware and software security evaluation, and/or security architectures and design engineering.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline. At least two years experience in an IA-related field.

    Desirable Skills:

    CISSP, ISSEP and/or IAM certification is a plus.

  • Network Engineer
    TS/SCI with polygraph required.
    Description:

    Tasked to support a LAN/WAN environment supporting network topologies and site configuration on classified and unclassified systems. Specific duties may include design and implementation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN/WANs using hub and router technologies, performing HW/SW analyses to provide comparative performance data, preparation of trade off studies and evaluations for vendor equipment, generation of network monitoring and performance reports, network design change/enhancements for improved system availability and performance, and/or resolution of Tier 1 and 2 network problems.

    Qualifications:

    Experience must include demonstrated knowledge of Ethernet, FDDI, Frame Relay, and ATM, and a working knowledge of operating systems and protocols such as Novell, NT, UNIX, and TCP/IP. Experience with Cisco equipment required.

    Desirable Skills:

    Familiarity with network analysis/management tools (e.g. HP OpenView) and large-scale trouble ticket systems (e.g. Remedy) desirable. Bachelors degree with CCNA or CCNP certification is a plus.

  • Software Engineer
    TS/SCI with polygraph required.
    Description:

    Tasked with supporting object oriented software development in various stages of the software development cycle including software requirements analysis, software design, programming, software integration and testing, and software maintenance. Software applications include web interfaces, system interfaces, database applications, tools development, and mission specific applications.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2 plus years experience in object oriented programming - Java, C++,C. Must be able to work in a team environment.

    Desirable Skills:

    Experience in Java EE, Enterprise Java Beans, JDBC, and/or WebLogic highly desirable. Knowledge of XML, SQL, Oracle, and/or Sybase a plus. Ability to develop software in the UNIX and Linux environments desirable.

  • System Administrator
    TS/SCI with polygraph required.
    Description:

    Tasked with supporting UNIX (Solaris 8 or higher) and/or Linux systems (desktops or servers) and software, to include installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Development, integration, and maintenance of the computer infrastructure - system software and hardware maintenance, operating system upgrades, backup and restoration, development and implementation of system documentation to support operational duties, disaster recovery, and configuration and design documents.

    Qualifications:

    Tier 2 or Tier 3 experience in Linux or SUN operating systems (SOLARIS 8 or higher).

    Desirable Skills:

    Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Networking, Computer Science, or related discipline desirable. Scripting and programming experience desirable (Bourne, C, Perl, and UNIX shell languages). Veritas, Netbackup, clustering, Networking, TCP/IP, firewall, application support, directory services and web hosting experience a plus.

  • Systems Engineer
    TS/SCI with polygraph required.
    Description:

    Tasked with supporting requirements analysis and development, system integration, interface definition and analysis, verification and validation, and architecture and design initiatives. Specific duties may include COTS product integration, test plan development, interface control document development, development and analysis of architecture views, and/or development of policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree or higher in a technical discipline. Minimum 5 years engineering experience with at least 2 years in a specific systems engineering area - requirements analysis, systems integration, IV&V, strategic analysis, etc.

    Desirable Skills:

    SIGINT domain knowledge desirable. Familiarity with DoDAF/C4ISR framework a plus. Knowledge/experience with Requirements/architecture tools (DOORS, Popkin) highly desirable.

  • Technical Writer
    TS/SCI with polygraph required.
    Description: Researches, writes, edits, and proofreads complex technical data for use in documents or sections of documents such as manuals, procedures and specifications. Creates, compiles, and delivers narratives, logic diagrams, input and output samples, input preparation instructions, and/or job setup information. Ensures documents and materials adhere to established standards and guidelines. Establishes and creates style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations to meet business needs.
    Qualifications: At least 2 years experience in the preparation, review, revision, certification, and controlling of technical publications. Experience using applicable word processing systems for document preparation (i.e. MS Office Suite, Visio). Ability to recognize grammatical & formatting errors. Must have the ability to read, write & speak the English language at a 12th grade level. Post-secondary degree in English or related field preferred.
  • Test Engineer
    TS/SCI with polygraph required.
    Description:

    Tasked to perform systems and/or software testing to ensure that requirements are satisfied by the software and/or systems being developed. Testing is required at all phases of the software life cycle including unit testing, integration test and evaluation, development test and evaluation, and operational test and evaluation. Specific responsibilities may include developing test plans and procedures; creating, updating, maintaining, and documenting test case and test discrepancies; installing, configuring, and maintaining test environment software; as well as creating and maintaining test scripts.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline with at least 3 years experience in systems integration, writing test plans and procedures, and documenting test results.

    Desirable Skills:

    Software testing or development experience testing in the UNIX/Solaris/Linux environment with Java or C/C++ is highly desired. Familiarity with use of Rational Test tools is a plus.
