About ESI

Engineering Solutions Incorporated (ESI) was established in 1998 by Raymond Gomes (President) and Michael Dalpee (VP-Chief Technology Officer). With a combined 50 years of work in the intelligence community, the principals began a business enterprise focused on meeting the information technology needs of the nation's intelligence mission.

From a modest beginning with a single contract and eight employees, ESI now employs more than 100 highly skilled professionals, providing a broad spectrum of IT, engineering, and training services. From day one ESI has maintained a philosophy which promotes the welfare of the employee, with a significant investment in employee benefits, career opportunities, and training. As a result, ESI takes pride in an almost negligible attrition rate, and a highly motivated and dedicated work force. At ESI, "Our people make the difference" is more than just a slogan.
