ESi had the pleasure of hosting The Best Buddies Ambassador Program over the past weekend. It was our 4th time hosting this incredible program which helps empower the special abilities of people with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) by helping them form meaningful friendships with their peers, secure successful jobs, live independently, improve public speaking, self-advocacy and communication skills, and feel valued by society.
